Rates vary dependent on group size, workshop selection, and team needs. Let’s brainstorm and plan.

Therapy Rates and Insurance

175.00/50 minute session, in-person or telehealth, basic psychotherapy or EMDR*

220.00/60 minute session, equine-assisted psychotherapy (this covers barn, horse and equine specialist fees)

*For private pay clients, I provide a superbill receipt that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.

Should you opt to use insurance (and are okay with the limitations and requirements of that option), I am in-network with Aetna, Optum, Cigna and related partners for basic psychotherapy services (equine therapy is private pay only).

Fees are collected at time of service.
