As a Life Consultant, Tracy gets to do something she loves: get to know people and cultivate potential.
IN HER OWN WORDS ...
Born and raised in Central Florida, I am at home in a perpetual (and humid) summer. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in English. Beginning as a production artist on a national magazine, I navigated the creative side of publishing for years before joining the staff of a local church to do graphic design, marketing and brand management.
While I loved my job, I grew increasingly restless. That unrest led to a couple years of soul searching, personal counseling and, ultimately, clarity regarding my wiring and vocational calling. I went back to school, graduating with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
After years working exclusively as a therapist, I branched out into life consultation and coaching. I am thrilled to be doing something I’m passionate about — helping incredible individuals discover and pursue abundant life.
Focusing on self-awareness and overall wellness — physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual — I work with people who are ready to change their lives.
As a recovering perfectionist, I love helping people discover a path to self-care, self-compassion and self-acceptance.
While I love the work I do, my first priority is being a wife and mom. Outside the office, you can find me spending delighted time with my family, homeschooling my kids, snuggling my dachshund, running, riding a horse, or jumping in a lake. I’m a casual writer, fledgling gardener, occasional cook, outside enthusiast, and a constant Country music listener.

Personal and Practice Values
Faith
Tracy is motivated by Love and beauty and the potential of Creation. She believes psychology is a nod to theology — that our problems and pain in life are an inroad to the eternal purposes (and truths) of God. To that end, she understands that prayer and Scripture can be powerful tools in any transformative process. Tracy does not work with Christians exclusively, but she will gladly incorporate biblical truths if the client is amenable.
Hope
Personal growth is a process and requires a commitment from both the client and the consultant. The first step is often the hardest, but the journey can be revolutionary and freeing. Tracy truly believes that clients can find courage, confront fears and work through seemingly impossible obstacles. One day at a time, one session at a time, progress is possible … and it’s worth the work.
Love
You can expect authenticity, acceptance and compassion when you work with Tracy. She believes that a trusting consultant-client (or counselor-client) relationship is a helpful catalyst for change. She also believes that healthy relationships, in general, are foundational to emotional and spiritual growth. As a result, meetings often involve focus on past and current relationships and their dynamic and impact.
